Changes and cancellations

Cancellation policy:
Cancellations made on or before Sept 1, 2026, will receive a full refund, minus a $275 processing fee. Cancellations made between Sept 2 – 30, 2026 will receive a 50% refund on fees paid. Cancellations made on or after Oct 1, 2026, no refund will be issued.

How to modify or cancel registration:
To modify or cancel your registration, please email us at TC-UserConference@wolterskluwer.com.

Bundle Packages: We are unable to cancel a portion of a bundle. Instead, we can process an attendee change and register another person in your place.

Substitutions:
We are happy to accept substitutions so that someone else from your organization can make use of your registration and attend in your place. You may send a substitute in your place at any time. To substitute your registration, please access your registration via your confirmation email, then click “Transfer Registration” at the top of the page and proceed with completing all required information. All registered sessions and payment information will be transferred over.

Substitutions made on or after October 12, 2026 will incur a $100 change fee.

Additionally, it is your responsibility to change the name on your hotel reservation.
